About Us

Counselling Parenting Workplace Wellbeing

Hello! I'm Carmen.

Founder and Director of Inspired Wellbeing Co. Qualified through a Bachelor of Counselling & a Diploma of Positive Psychology, when founding IWCo., I saw a need within the community and went to work creating a suite of services to fill the need. We offer Counselling, Workplace Wellbeing and Mindful Parenting solutions. I am passionate about creating a community that has wellbeing at the forefront of their agendas.

At Inspired Wellbeing Co. we facilitate strengths based approaches in a client led practice, with a strong focus on creating a sense of connection through relationships. With over 10 years experience in a counselling role, Carmen has an open approach, working closely with her contractors, clients and partners to create success moving towards a state of wellbeing.

Our head office is based in Mount Gambier, South Australia, and operating across Australia including a large presence in Adelaide, offering face to face, phone and video services.

Inspired Wellbeing Co. offers Counselling, Parenting Guidance and Workplace Wellbeing in Mount Gambier, the Limestone Coast, Adelaide, and beyond. We assist clients to work towards making positive changes to their wellbeing. We encourage you to discover what good mental health wellbeing means for you. We honour that every individual’s mental health is unique to them and impacts daily living.

Mental Health is defined as a state of wellbeing in which every individual realises their potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can contribute to society productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to their community (WHO, 2014).

Counselling, Parenting & Workplace Wellbeing is what we are passionate about. We believe wellbeing is the most important aspect of your life. Whether it is individual wellbeing, living with a disability (NDIS), creating workplace wellbeing or parenting goals we help you create your inspired wellbeing.
